Demolition Services in Central Indiana
Mann Excavation & Sitework tears out sheds, decks, old outbuildings, concrete slabs, driveways, and footings across Danville, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, and the surrounding Central Indiana communities. We remove the material and leave the ground graded and ready for whatever comes next.
What We Demolish
We do job-site demolition and construction debris removal. We are not a junk or trash removal service, and we do not handle hazardous material such as asbestos.
How a Demo Job Runs
Walk the site
We look at the structure, access for equipment, what is buried nearby, and where the material is going.
Utility locates
Anything that involves digging gets an 811 locate before a machine touches the ground.
Tear-out
The structure or slab comes down in a controlled way, protecting the surrounding yard, drive, and landscaping.
Load and remove
Debris is loaded into our own dump trucks and removed from the site — no piles left behind for you to deal with.
Grade the area
The footprint is backfilled, graded, and, if you want, stoned or seeded so it drains and blends in.
One Contractor, Start to Finish
Most demolition jobs do not end when the structure is down. The hole has to be backfilled, the ground has to drain, and something usually goes back in its place. Because we also do excavation, grading, drainage, and gravel work, the same crew that tears it out can finish the site.
